About Me
Growing up alongside my health-conscious parents, I gained firsthand insight into the importance of health and living a holistic lifestyle. My father is a chiropractor, running his own successful practice for the past 30 years. My mother is a fitness instructor and loves all things exercise. Seeing both of my parents positively change the lives of others, I always knew that I wanted to be in a profession that bettered the lives of others.

I completed my undergraduate education with a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. I then went on to complete a doctorate of naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in San Diego.
My own health challenges, particularly with mold toxicity, has driven my passion to help and empower others on their healing journeys. I know what it's like to feel disconnected to your body. I know the feeling of isolation and the confusion caused from not feeling well. With naturopathic medicine, I learned to heal myself and want to do the same for others.
In my spare time, I enjoy hanging with my high school sweetheart and our two dogs. I love being out in nature hiking, camping, and relaxing at the beach. On the other hand, I also enjoy cozying up at home, knitting or reading, and drinking a good cup of coffee.
